Complete billing fields below. This is a one-time build package only—no new monthly recurring in this agreement. Quoins platform terms are separate. Open items (migration list, tax) finalized at kickoff without duplicate billing of the $697.55 contract balance.

This agreement authorizes Bloqs Inc. to move Cater4You.org to Bloqs Version 8 with TruFocus and build the 2026 Holiday Catering page and online ordering described in this document. Cater 4 You will provide and approve the menu, prices, content, and operating rules needed for the website and checkout.

By submitting this form, Cater 4 You authorizes Bloqs Inc. to invoice for the approved project work, subject to final edits agreed before kickoff.

Approved Scope Summary

The signer confirms approval of the following deliverables.

  1. Version 8 platform move. Move Cater4You.org to Bloqs v8 with TruFocus. Migration boundaries (pages, content, forms, integrations) are confirmed in Phase 1 kickoff.
  2. Holiday page & content. 2026 Holiday Catering page with menu, prices, and downloadable PDF. Homepage “2026 Holiday Catering — Now Booking” with order, view menu, and custom quote actions (quotes route to the existing catering inquiry form).
  3. Online ordering & payments. Customers select a package, guest count, proteins, appetizers, desserts, beverages, carving attendant, pickup or delivery, and date; pay by card; receive confirmation. Checkout includes integration with Quoins for payment processing (Quoins merchant/platform agreement is separate). Earliest fulfillment date November 1, 2026. 5-day standard and 7-day large-order notice. Minimums, delivery fees, and date closures require Cater 4 You confirmation.
  4. Search & tracking. Local search content for holiday catering in Tukwila, Seattle, Renton, and SeaTac. GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and Bloqs tracking for holiday page visits, completed orders, revenue, average order value, and quote requests.

Cater 4 You responsibilities

  • Provide and approve final menu, prices, PDF, page content, and checkout copy.
  • Confirm 15-person minimum rules, packages, add-ons, pickup/delivery, fees, capacity, and closed dates.
  • Confirm 5-day / 7-day notice rules and quote-vs-checkout paths.
  • Complete the credit card application supplied by Bloqs.
  • Approve final site, holiday page, and ordering flow before launch.

Project phases

Phase 1: Scope, menu & order rules

Migration boundaries, menu, packages, operating rules, Quoins integration requirements.

Phase 2: v8 & holiday page

Platform move, holiday page, PDF, homepage booking section.

Phase 3: Ordering & tracking

Checkout, Quoins payment integration, confirmations, SEO, analytics.

Phase 4: Review & launch

Client review and approval. Live card payments depend on merchant approval and tested integration.

Additional terms

  • Page and menu work may proceed while the merchant application is in review; cards cannot be charged until approval and integration are ready.
  • Launch timing depends on approved menu, prices, access, and client review. November 1, 2026 is earliest fulfillment, not guaranteed website launch.
  • Included changes: Two revision rounds on menu, page content, and checkout copy per phase; additional rounds quoted before work.
  • Out of scope: Work outside the approved scope requires written quote and approval before Bloqs proceeds.
  • Project invoice due per the payment schedule below. Existing Bloqs subscriptions and Quoins platform fees are not part of this build agreement.
