Scope Summary
1. Version 8 platform move
Move Cater4You.org to Bloqs v8 with TruFocus for faster pages and stronger search visibility. Migration boundaries (pages, forms, integrations) confirmed in Phase 1.
2. Holiday page & content
2026 Holiday Catering page with menu, prices, and downloadable PDF. Homepage “2026 Holiday Catering — Now Booking” section with order, menu, and custom quote CTAs (quotes to existing inquiry form).
3. Online ordering & payments
Package selection, guest count, proteins, appetizers, desserts, beverages, carving attendant, pickup/delivery, date, card payment, and confirmation. Checkout includes integration with Quoins for payment processing. Quoins merchant onboarding and platform fees are under a separate agreement.
4. Search & tracking
Local SEO for holiday catering in Tukwila, Seattle, Renton, and SeaTac (corporate holiday, turkey dinner, prime rib). GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and Bloqs tracking for visits, orders, revenue, AOV, and quote requests.
Cater 4 You responsibilities
- Final menu, prices, PDF, page content, and checkout copy.
- 15-person minimum rules, packages, add-ons, pickup/delivery, fees, capacity, and date closures.
- 5-day / 7-day notice rules and which orders should quote vs. checkout.
- Complete the credit card application supplied by Bloqs.
- Approve site, holiday page, and ordering flow before launch.
