A Note on Pricing for the 2026 Transition

To honor our long-term partnership, we are not rewriting your core pricing structure from scratch. Instead, we are applying a straightforward percentage increase to your existing monthly retainer to cover the dramatically expanded scope of running two parallel advertising tracks, managing the 82-keyword infrastructure, and the ongoing TruCraft execution. Your original 2019 multi-service loyalty discount remains fully intact.

However, the Salem relocation and the integration of these new product categories require an immediate, massive "heavy lift" from our team. This includes executing the TruNorth strategic sessions, performing a comprehensive page-by-page update of all location data and schema to protect your search visibility during the move, and building out the interactive Fireplace & Stove Budget Explorer.

Rather than artificially inflating your ongoing monthly retainer to cover this transition, we have isolated this foundational work into separate, one-time project fees. This ensures that once the dust settles on the move, your ongoing monthly commitment remains clean, predictable, and strictly tied to active growth.
